# Prism

Prism is a holding company: one place for the projects, each with its own name
and site. This is a single page. Nothing is for sale and there are no accounts.

## Projects

- Decent — chain-abstracted transactions. Co-founded 2021; the first protocol letting an app take
  a payment or mint from any chain and token in one signature. Acquired by MoonPay in May 2026
  and became MoonPay Trade. https://decent.xyz
- Indication — Ethereum stable FX, as an executed-trade tape. Every on-chain stablecoin trade
  on Ethereum mainnet, normalized into one venue-level tape with measured coverage and
  markout-scored execution quality. https://indication.xyz (API and llms.txt there).
- Otto — evidence-gated software delivery for agents. An agent-agnostic protocol bundle; Linear
  is the control plane, verdicts name an exact head SHA, humans alone apply agent-ready and
  merge. Private; no public URL or API.
